Book your class online (below) prior to class to ensure you get a spot.  Studio opens 10 minutes prior to class. 
Bring your own mat, towel, water.  Need a mat?  We sell a basic mat for $10 and hand towels for $2.
Need to rebook, cancel?  click here.   Cancellation is required 2 hours or more hours prior class-in order to receive a credit to your account.
