- Track your practice. Count anytime you take a live on zoom class, do an Empower Anytime Video or attend a class at Big Bay.
- 40 classes in 90 days is 3-4 practices a week.
- Complete the challenge, snap a pic of your home tracker and email [email protected] no later the Jan 5th to be eligible for the grand prizes. Costa Rica retreat does not include airfare
